About Mr Mortgage

Mr Mortgage has been helping home seekers apply online since 1999. Since that time we have assisted over 15,000 people to obtain mortgage loan finance and refinancing. History and Management

Rick Adlam is the founder of Mr Mortgage and is responsible for acquisitions and retention. 

Rick's background is in technical sales and automation, and has represented such Companies as Xerox, and Email Ltd and Honeywell Control Systems. 

Rick Adlam has been involved in mortgage finance since 1996, co-founding Equity Home Loans in 1996. 

In 1998 he founded one of Australia's first and most respected online mortgage broker Websites. [This one!]

Alan Porter JP [C.dec], is responsible for application workflow processes, back office, through to settlements [putting mortgage deals together and making them bank approval ready, and workflow practices]. Alan draws on his experience  from 20 years with the Westpac Banking Corporation, where he held positions of accountant, assistant branch manager and Regional Manager of Housing Finance.

[Alan says that he has had 27 years experience in the finance business, unlike most of his peers in banking who have had one year's experience repeated 27 times!]

What we do  

Mr Mortgage assists home loan seekers to find and settle competitive home loan finance. We do the work for you. We are especially good at getting applications "Bank ready" and re-submitting applicants who have been declined by their lender. 

We use our own mortgage management and originations products and services through LoanMate, or our mortgage broker channel accreditations with other lenders.
